Our products never contain any artificial flavouring, nor preservatives. If you want to make sure you get the most out of your chocolates, it’s best to eat them within 4 weeks of purchase. Each box contains a best before date.

Chocolates should be stored in a cold, dark place, usually between 10-20 degrees Celsius. You can keep them in the fridge too, but they’ll look a bit different and won’t be as shiny and beautiful. That’s called “bloom” and they are still totally safe to eat.

At the moment, our checkout only allows single addresses to be shipped at checkout. If you want to ship to more than one address, you’ll need to send multiple orders.

If you’d like to send more than one address at the same time, please email us at info: info.macaroom.com.uk and we’ll send you an invoice so you don’t have to place an order online.

Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours after receiving it. Depending on the time of year, it could take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours. It’s important to note that during peak holiday season, shipping might be a bit delayed depending on how many orders we get. We’ll do our best to get them out as soon as possible. Transit time doesn’t include the order process time.

No price or customer information will be included. For gifts, make sure they’ll be at home to receive the package so they can enjoy the products as fresh as possible.

If it’s changing a recipient name or adding a message, we’ll do our best to make that happen, as long as it gives us some time before the Ship Out moment. Email us at info@macaroom.co.uk. Once the order is packed and ready to be picked up from our facility, you will not be able to make any changes. We cannot offer any exchanges or returns since our products are perishable.
