Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and get in touch with us straight away if anything is damaged, or if you have received incorrect products.

We may need you to send your item back to us for a check-up before we can offer you a refund or a replacement. We reserve the right to provide refunds and replacements at our discretion, and may do so in any way we deem appropriate.

We will only refund payments to the original payment method.

Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address. In case you provide an incorrect address, you are responsible for any mistakes that result. 

Please note, we will not issue refunds or replacements if you have already started eating the products.
