This is our version of the deservedly famous Austrian Mozartkugel. It was originally known as Mozart-Bonbon, created in 1890 by Salzburg confectioner Paul Fürst and named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
A ball of pistachio and almond marzipan covered in a layer of soft nougat, enclosed in a dark chocolate shell.
